SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  • All items from Myraa by Anurakthi include tax, and exclude any relevant shipping and/or handling fees that are calculated during checkout.

  • Orders are shipped with Shiprocket, Pickrr, or any relevant delivery partner and have a processing time of 2-3 business days after an order has been placed. Any order which takes longer will be notified by Myraa via email.

  • All orders do not have a guaranteed delivery time after the order has been shipped, and we take no responsibility for delays that are caused by shipping after the item has left us.

  • Orders will have a tracking number attached, that will be sent via email through Shiprocket, Pickrr, or any relevant delivery partner.

  • For parcels that are deemed lost or are significantly delayed, the buyer will need to contact the shipping agent directly to raise the issue. Myraa cannot be held responsible for late or missing deliveries, whereupon a valid proof of shipment and a valid tracking number has been provided.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, used candles or any products cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please note we also do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases, and cannot exchange or refund custom products. However, we’ll be more than happy to replace or refund products damaged during transit. If your candle or any other product was damaged during shipment, please contact us at myraashop16@gmail.com with proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving the order.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept all returns within 3 days of delivery in original condition that are fully priced and are issued as Store Credit. Store Credits expire within 6 months, and can be used on any item online.
